He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer "Cotton" and Lucille Samuel (Webb). He is survived by: his wife Judi; his children, Sherry Burnett and Greg Samuel (Laura); his brother David Samuel (Linda); his granddaughters, Amber Robidou (Austin), Tiffany Burnett, Emily Samuel and Katy Samuel; and his great grandchildren, Jordan Rose and Ethan. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
