He was predeceased by: his parent Jerry Cowan; and his brother Paul Louis Cowan. He is survived by: his parent Genevieve Cowan (Mayberry); his children, David Cowan (Jennifer) and Susan Wilson (Chris); his sister Dona Jean Lewis (Blaine); his grandson James; Ashley, Kaitlin, Hannah and Allison. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
