She was predeceased by: her parent Willie Starks; and her son Gary Nettell. She is survived by: her parent Violet Starks (Young); her son Dale "Mule" Nettell of Galena; her brother Daen Starks (Ruby) of Sullivan; her grandson Jamie Nettell; her sisters-in-law, Delphia Young and Patsy Starks; Spring Martion (Gary), Summer Ballard (Kenney), Bessie Gipson (Ben) and Amber Smart (Matt). She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
