He is survived by: his wife Delores Metheny; his sister Betty Lancaster; his children, Jill Wheeler (Perky), Stephen Childers (Tammy) and Cynthia Fernandez; his grandchildren, Christopher Childers (Stefanie) and Kyle Fernandez; and his great grandchildren, Kirk Childers, Nick Childers, Juliet Hickey and Justin Hickey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
