He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Don and Donald Pratt; his great-grandparents, Bertha and Brain Hayes; and his parents, Deborah Blumenshine of Rolla and Donald Pratt (Amy) of St. Robert, MO.
He is survived by: his fiancée Kasey Keeney; his children, Allyson of Rolla, James of Rolla, Landyn of Rolla and Levi of Rolla; his grandfather Gary DuHadway Sr. (Janice) of Doolittle, MO; his brother Casey Kelley of Dixon, MO; his half-siblings, D. J., Bryan, Caleb, Cody Pratt, McKenzie and Leah Pratt; and his uncle Gary DuHadway Jr. (Rita). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other extended family members and dear friends.
