He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucy Wilson and Glen Wilson; his brothers, Archie, Ishmael and Dean Wilson; his son Layton; and his former wife Blanche Vaughan Summers Wilson.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Wilson; his children, Connie Wilson of Baton Rouge, LA, Susan Bailey (Larry) and Russell Summers (Rita) of Rolla, MO; his grandchildren, Edward Beal of Lafayette, LA, Diana Beal Dobbs, Rusty, Jason, Summers of Rolla, MO, Justin Roark (Melanie) and Phillip Roark (Angel) of Rolla, MO; his great grandchildren, Jared Dobbs (Patsy), Matthew Dobbs, Baton Rouge and Brooklyn Roark; and his siblings, Dors Wilson (Della) and Lois Wilson Kidman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Celebration Church in Rolla.
