He was predeceased by: his parents, Estel Garrett and Elizabeth Garrett (Bagent); and his brother Michael Garrett. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Garrett (Busby) of Rolla; his children, David Mark Garrett (Judith) of Versailles, IL and Tammy Spour of Robinson, IL; his siblings, Estel Merle Garrett of West Plains, MO, Harley Garrett of Perry, IL and Bonnie Kendall of Clayton, IL; and his grandchildren, George, Benjamin, Andrew, Zachary, Elizabeth, McKenzie, Izabella, Nica and Nicole. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other extended family members and dear friends.
