He is survived by: his wife Ethel Halbert of Rolla; his children, Dennis Maxwell (Catherine) of Ballwin, MO and Rhonda; his brother Dan Halbert (Ruth Ann) of Steelville, MO; his grandchildren, Lisa Wellman, Nick Maxwell (Kristina Lash) and Megan Maxwell; and his great grandchildren, Maxwell Vitale, Layna Vitale and Lakin Lear.
