She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Baker and Nancy Johnson (Helton); her children, Thomas Duncan Jr. and Tracy Ruesche (Duncan); and her siblings, Ronald Baker, Randal Baker, Linda Ousley and Paula Ousley.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas Duncan of Rolla; her daughter Amanda Brinkley of Rolla; her son-in-law Andy Ruesche of St. Louis, MO; her grandchildren, Isaiah, Abbie, Elsie (Victor), Jared, Zachary and Jae; and her great grandchildren, Payton, Kaleb, Gracelynn, Adalynn, Lilith and Trace Lee. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and extended family.
