She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Henson and Leona Henson (Sanders); her husband Joseph C. Bailey; her former husband Joe Marion Skaggs Sr.; her children, Richard Graham, Ray Skaggs and Charlotte Sprenkle; and her siblings, Elzy Henson, William Henson Sr., Martha Henson and Mary Jane Morehouse.
She is survived by: her children, Frederick Weirich of Rolla, Mary Graham of Paris, TX, Sabrena Shivers (Allen) of Rolla, Joe Skaggs Jr. (Tami) of Rolla, John Skaggs (Jodi) of Rolla, Paul Skaggs (Tami) of Willow Springs, MO, Angelina Espinosa of Texas and James Skaggs (Casey) of Newburg, MO. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; other extended family members and dear friends.
