She was predeceased by: her mothers, Frances Anthony 'Frank' and Helen Hamilton Burdick Falkenrath (Richard Harry Falkenrath). She is survived by: her husband Richard Harry Falkenrath; her children, John Falkenrath (Carrie) of St Louis, MO, Tom Falkenrath of Rolla, Anne McClay (Scott) of Rolla and Elizabeth Falkenrath of St Louis, MO; her siblings, Tom Burdick (Sharron), Rick Burdick of Cuba, MO and Carol Klohr (Dale) of Freeburg, IL; and her grandchildren, Ava, Nolon Falkenrath of St Louis, MO, Alexandria Falkenrath of Rolla, MO and Seth Falkenrath of Boss, MO. She is also survived by four children were born, two sons and two daughters.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Phelps Health Hospice.
