He is survived by: his wife Sheila Otis (Matthews) of Rolla; his brother Larry Otis (Dawn) of Imperial, MO; his stepdaughter Kim Hoover (Darren) of Tibbets, MO; his granddaughters, Hannah and Peyton Hoover of Tibbets, MO; his nephews, Richard Otis (Angelia) of Cedar Hill, MO and David Otis of Imperial, MO; his great-nephew Joshua of Chaffee, MO; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Peachy of West Plains, MO, Brenda Chambers (Don) of Vichy, MO and Kenneth Matthews (Karen) of Newburg, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Vichy Volunteer Fire Department or the Vichy Community Church.
