She was predeceased by: her husbands, George Higgins, Clark Matthews and Verl "Bud" Hess; and her brothers, Charles Wilcox (Emma) and Paul Wilcox.
She is survived by: her daughters, Margaret "Maggie" Shepherd (David) and Georgie Uhlig; her grandchildren, Steven Eilerman (Laura), Ray Eilerman (Jenny), Brian Shepherd (Kristine) and Linda Shepherd; and her stepgrandchildren, Veronica McGuire and Virgil Shepherd (Jas). She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren; 3 great step grandchildren; and 4 great great step grandchildren.
