He is survived by: his spouse Andrea Nicole; his children, Sebastian Daniel and Maxwell Martin; his parents, Peggy Raymond and James Raymond of Ellisville; his brothers, James Jr. (Janice) and David (Amy); his godparent Carol Uebinger; and his grandparent Florence Uebinger. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Dan's name to the YMCA Trout Lodge.
