He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger H. Rebert and B. Esther Rebert (Laybourne); his siblings, Edward Rebert (Eunice), Roger Rebert (Anna Lou) and Doris Jean Heck (Herman); his daughter Joyce Ann Watt (Rebert); and his grandsons, Shaun Haley and Nathan Kirkendall.

He is survived by: his children, Donna Haley (Russell), Pamela Gill (Michael), David Rebert and Roger Rebert (Denise).
