Frances Sims Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 1, 2018, at the age of 89, Frances Sims (Saint Ann, Missouri) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her spouse Eugene E. Sims; and her sibling Vernon Higgins (Maxine). She is survived by: her children, Thomas E. Sims (Donna) and Tamara L. "Tammy" Peters (Randy); her grandchildren, Jessica Sims, Ryan Baumgarte (Kelly), Stephen, Michael Witham (Angie), Cole Andrew Sims, Josephine Marie Baumgarte, Katie Taylor, Josh, Zachary and Kimberly Witham; her siblings, Elsie Spiller (Ed) and Eual Higgins; and her siblings-in-law, Orene Kreider and James "Noel" Sims.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
