He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cross and Jeanette Cross; his sister Janet Cross; and his brothers-in-law, Bill O'Rourke and Sonny Celeste.
He is survived by: his wife Bette Cross; his children, Denise Mikesch (Don), Mike Meyer (Donna), Bobby Meyer, Lisa Myers (Tim), Wayne Cross and Dawn Files; his grandchildren, Nicolas Meyer, Joe Mikesch, Melissa Mikesch, Kristen Vaugh (Zach), Adam Mikesch (Kaila), Amy Moore, Crystal Wilson (Mike), Christopher Christeson (Missy), Andrew Cross, Douglas Cross and Jonathon Cross; and his siblings, Pat O'Rourke, Vivian Celeste, Candy Brotherton (Rick) and John Cross (Connie). He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren.
Due to St. Louis County current COVID mandate, maximum capacity for the funeral home is limited to 50 guests and masks must be worn.
