With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Edward Boaz (Saint Ann, Missouri), born in Vandalia, Illinois, who passed away on November 2, 2019 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Edward Boaz and Mary Magdalene Boaz; his sister Anna Belle "Angie" Roth; and also Viola M. Boaz. He is survived by: his children, Nora Osborne of Olathe, Mary J. Bealler (Hank) of O'Fallon and Daniel E. Boaz (Amy) of Woodson Terrace, Missouri; his grandchildren, Carl Osborne, Haley Bealler, Danielle and Samantha Boaz; and his sister Delphine Duff of Richmond, VA. He is also survived by brother and sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The procession with Patriot Guard Riders leaves SHEPARD FUNERAL CHAPEL at 8:00 a.m. Family and friends are quested to assemble at the funeral home between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m. or meet at the cemetery prior to 9:00 a.m. Memorials: Jim's family suggests that donations in his honor be made to Shriners Hospital for Children , 4400 Clayton Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63110 (314-432-3600).
