She is survived by: her daughter Ellen Forrest; her grandchildren, Michael Metcalf (D'Ann), Kylie Giancola (Allen) and Shane Metcalf (Sheri); her great grandchildren, Chelsey, Alixandrea, Bryce, Jordyn, Jacob, Gabriel, Taylor, Lora, Matthew, Kaitlyn, Andrew, Brennan, Ayden, Brady and Grace; and her great great grandchildren, Summer, Skylar, Ryker, Karsyn, Jorge, Angelo and Braden.
