Higgins Sr.; her children, Theresa Higgins Weatherford (Roger) and Paul Higgins; her foster child Amber Kessler; her grandchildren, Zachary, Jason, Robert and Adele; and her siblings, Larry Moore, Norma Sue Hedrick and Ron Moore.

Lindbergh Blvd. (St. Ann) Interment Our Redeemer Cemetery (Affton) In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to Evelyn's House c/o BJC Hospice 1000 N. Mason Rd.
