He is survived by: his wife Gennie Lynn Bova (Shuck); his pet Grady; and his siblings, Gary Bartelt (Ruth) of Quincy Illinois, David Bartelt of Quincy Illinois, Becky Brewer of Quincy Illinois and Dan Bartelt (Cindy) of Quincy Illinois. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews.
