She was predeceased by: her parents, Marlin G. Shipp and Bertha Shipp. She is survived by: her husband Charles L. Waller; her children, Michael Waller (Mary), Jeffrey Waller (Patty), Karen Waller (late Ed) and Carol Reid (Michael); her grandchildren, Melissa House (Michael), Christopher Waller (Chantel), Emily Waller (Cie Arell), Nick Waller, Tim Waller (Autumn), Dan Waller (Brittany), Heather Anderson, Nichole Petrik (Jeffrey) and Jessica Reid; her great grandchildren, Leah, Shawn, P. J., Alexis, Evan, Evangeline, Sawyer, Calum, Nolan, Josephine, Sylas, Briella, Joshua, Gage, Trenton, Isabelle, Emma, Cordelia, Logan and Evelynn; and her sister Dorothy Miller.
Memorial donations in Shirley's honor may be made to the American Parkinson's Disease Foundation.
