She was predeceased by: her husband Winfred C. Moore; her siblings, Walter Votaw, Leroy Votaw, Steven Votaw and Melba Cassidy; her son-in-law Leslie Fleahman; and her siblings-in-law, Daisy Votaw, Joanne Votaw, Robert Casssidy and Melvin Bryant.
Honorary pallbearers will be Michelle Fleahman and Melissa Fleahman In lieu of flowers, memorial.
