He is survived by: his close friend Mary Jo Purcell; his children, Eric Eise, Nicole Armstrong (Dan) and Zachary Eise; his stepdaughters, Katie Johnson and Jessica Patterson; his grandchildren, Lilah and Cian; his stepgrandchildren, Evan, Colton and Jocselyn; and his siblings, Barb Finn (Jim), Denny Eise (Jane), Cliff Eise (Martha), Lee Eise (Linda), Ken Eise (Linda), Dwayne Eise and Mary Jo Eise.
