With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Orville Proctor Jr. of Saint Ann, Missouri, who passed away on July 30, 2021 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Orville, Sr. and Stella Mabel; his wife Alma Kathleen Proctor; his children, Laura Lee Proctor, Dean Kelly Proctor, Dale Allen Proctor, David Mark Proctor (Marcia) and Daniel Scott Proctor; his grandchildren, Ashley Renee Proctor, Dustin Allen Proctor, Logan Brentlee Proctor, Lance Michael Proctor, Lane Mitchell Proctor, Lyvia Anne Proctor and Ryan Proctor; his stepgrandsons, Cody and Hunter Foerstel; his sister Ruth Ann Van Pelt (late Ronald); his nieces and nephews, Rebecca Nickelson and Jamie Schnur; and his close friend Andell (Cathy). He was also cherished by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
