He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Marshall and Lola Ione Maxedon; and his siblings-in-law, Carmen Maxedon, Doris Maxedon and Tim King.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Ann Maxedon; his children, Mary "Cathy" Nations, Terry Scott, Amy (Fisch-Maxedon), Chris Alan Maxedon (Andy Puccino) and David Lynn Maxedon (Annette); his grandchildren, Jessica Nations (Luke Sauer), Kyle Nations (Melody Broyles), Theo Maxedon, Ashley Maxedon (Nate Tramontina), Michelle Maxedon (Quentin), Sarah Turnbull (Eric) and Rachael Jarm; his great grandchildren, Liam, Dean, Simon and Dillon; and his siblings, Leslie "Gene" Maxedon, Lynn Maxedon (Ruth) and Diane King. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
