He was predeceased by: his wife Eleanor Mae Vaughan; and his child Jackie Vaughan. He is survived by: his children, Kathy Palmer (John), Karen Vaughan (Robert Rader), Diane Hines (Mike) and Elliott Vaughan (Monica); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Lyons, Joshua Venable, Amy Miller, Brittany Vaughan, Ricky Vaughan, Christopher Vaughan and Michael Koch; his daughter Cha Cha Chang; and his friend Kathy Sowins. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
