He is survived by: his wife Bonnie J. Fann; his children, Matthew Fann, Felicia Spain (Donny) and Nicholas Fann (Jamie); his nephew Tony Waters; his grandchildren, Sabrina Fann, Joey Spain, Alex Spain, Madison Spain, Lucas Spain and Dalton Fann; his great grandchild Euryah Spain; his siblings, Lois Kelly (late Theodore "Buzzy"), Stanley Fann (Debbie), Janie Ervin-Burdin (Terry), Linda Becker (John) and Tracey Keller-Kinnear; and his aunt Margie Layman (late Bob).
