She was predeceased by: her former husband Charles F. Bailey; her son Charles R. Bailey; and her siblings, Dale Rowland, Ryan Rowland, Arlene Coleman, Addie Thompson, Johnie Walker, Lillian Russel and Mary Strickland.
She is survived by: her daughter Vicki Jo Bailey-Herbert (James Price); her granddaughter Nora Price (Denny); her daughter-in-law Mary Bailey; her brother L. W. Rowland; her sister-in-law June Bailey (Jack); and her grandchildren, Dennis M. Herbert Jr. (Cathy), Derek L. Herbert (Tifani), Vince R. Herbert (Brittany), Katie Bailey, Eddie McClard (Heidi), Alicia Eurich (Jason), Melissa Hollis (David), Michelle Morrison (Wyatt), Nicky Moore and Lucy Bybeel (Jeremy). She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, and numerous nieces and nephews and friends.
