He is survived by: his grandchildren, Russell E. Whitworth III (Sandi), Stephen David Whitworth (Misty), Eric Don Hayse (Lisa), Bobbie Starks (Troy) and Danny Hayse (Andrea); his great grandchildren, Russell E. Whitworth IV, Samantha Whitworth, Sydney Whitworth, Chad Hayse, Cole Hayse, Chelsey Morris (Nick), Brenna Silverio (Jesus) and Paige Starks; and his great great grandchild Luca Silverio.
Memorials may be made to the Disabled American Veterans or to Turner Syndrome Support of Saint Louis.
