He was predeceased by: his wife Charlene J. Wendt; and his parents, George E. Wendt, Sr. and Irene O. Wendt. He is survived by: his children, Michael Wendt (Candy), Carolyn Schneider (Jerry), Clifford Wendt, Lydia Elkin (Bob), Linda Feldmann (Rick), Georgia Ratliff (Bruce) and George Wendt; and his stepson William Blohm.
