He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughter Jacqueline; his pet Scout McCarty; his former wife Joanne McCarty; his parents, Greg McCarty (Karen) and Kim Klein McCarty; his siblings, Jennifer McCarty, Tina Williams, Asa Shepherd (Mandy), Ira Shepherd (Janice), Eli Shepherd (Andrea) and Ian Shepherd (Aimee); and his siblings' children, Ellie Matlock, Addie Williams, Kiaria Marzuco, Addyson, Ethan, Jackson, Brooklynn, Payton, Reaghan, Logan, Hayden, Audrey Shepherd, Ella Miller, Merrin, Lorne, Madelyn Shepherd and Anthony Gillespie.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Hutchens-Stygar Funeral & Cremation Center (5987 Mid Rivers Mall Dr, St Charles, MO 63304). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
