She was predeceased by: her husband Wayne Carter Mayden; her parents, Otho Lawless and Flossie Lawless; her son David Mayden; her grandson Jared Hall; and her sisters, Lorraine Briner, Wanda Jones-Pinnick and Lois Clouse.
She is survived by: her children, Burma Lea Wilkins (Paul Madison), Kevin A. Mayden (Carol), Debra J. Martin (Paul), Anita L. Hall (Powell), Roger K. Mayden and Kerry G. Mayden (Beverly); and her daughter-in-law Jeanine Mayden.
