With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Raymond Romans of Saint Charles, Missouri, born in West Plains, Missouri, who passed away on September 26, 2021 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his children, James Romans Sr. and Dottie Romans; and his parents, Raymond Romans and Viola Romans. He is survived by: his children, Lydia Romans, Sue Whitehead and Jerry Romans (Laura); his former wife Veda Romans; and his siblings, Bennie and Martin Romans. He is also survived by his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
