She was predeceased by: her husband Donald James Amlong; and her siblings, Juanita Thomas and Shelba Lumetta. She is survived by: her children, Diane Sachsenheimer (Steve), Sue Menaugh (Kevin), Jim Amlong (Kathy), Gary Amlong (Janis), Joe Amlong (Cindy) and Tim Amlong (Jennifer); and her brother Wayne Cupp.

Memorial donations are preferred to the Alzheimer's Association.
