He is survived by: his wife Karen Payne (Richards); his children, Melissa Sparkman (Pete) and Jamie Marchesi (Frank Jr.); his grandchildren, Frank III, Taylor, Kaitlyn, Abigail and Emma; and his sisters, Rita Staggs (Dennis) and Teresa Brown (Greg).
