He is survived by: his wife Karla Martin; his parents, Harold Martin and Janet Martin; his children, Christopher Martin, Cory Martin, Andrea Upchurch (Dave), Donny Tomlin (late Wendy) and Laura Tomlin; his brother Jason Martin; his sister-in-law Diana Martin; his grandchildren, Logan Upchurch (Hailey), Dawson Tomlin Dahvonte Henry, Trenton Tomlin, Dyoni Henry, Jackson Upchurch and Lila Upchurch; and his great grandchild Presley Upchurch.

Memorial Donations: Five Acres Animal Shelter.
