It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leo C. Echele of Saint Charles, Missouri, born in West Alton, Missouri, who passed away on August 10, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Jeanette M. Echele; his parents, John Echele and Ana Poeling; his daughter Diane Echele; and his siblings, Bernadine Roderfeld, Dorothy Echele, Ruth Westhues, Gladys Diermann, Clemence Echele and Infant Elmer Echele.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Echele, Elaine Kneemiller (Bob) and Allen Echele; his grandchildren, Sister Mary Joseph (Catie), Christopher, Ted, John, Mark and Joey; and his siblings, Olga Echele and Cordell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.

Memorials may be made in Leo's name to St. Cletus Catholic Church Cardinal Glennon and Children's Hospital.
