She was predeceased by: her parents, Justin Boenker and Alvina Boenker; her husband Omar Welker; her daughter Darlene Welker; and her siblings, Virginia Heppermann (late Eddie) and Gerald Boenker.
She is survived by: her children, Shirley Keef (late Charles), Karen Tweedy (late Cliff) and Gary Welker (Yvonne); her grandchildren, Dawn Henningsen, Tracie Skinner, David Skinner (Becky Jasper), Jodi Powell (late Rich), Jeremy Simpkins, Angela Wessel (Chris) and Michelle Adams (Mike); and her great grandchildren, Andrew Henningsen, Matthew Henningsen, Jacob Barrow, Nicholas Skinner, Joshua Simpkins, Evan Wilcox, Owen Wessel, Xander Adams, Scarlett Adams and Stella Adams. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
