She is survived by: her children, Michael Collins (Milissa), Ann Marie Kovacik (Keith), Julie Cullinane (Tom) and Chip Collins; her great grandchildren, Jocelyn Cuzick, Cam Collins and Judah Singer; and her great great grandchildren, Colson Cuzick and Abel Cuzick.
