He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Francis Edward and Karen Lynn Foley; his children, Cassidy Foley, Jack Foley and Joseph Foley; his brother Tim Foley (Shayna); and his aunts and uncles, Renee Lavin (Daniel), Lenoard Pietrowski, Jr. (Marie), Rodney Pietrowksi (Lori) and Dennis Foley (late Judy).
