He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Saip and Elsie A. Saip; and his brother William D. Saip. He is survived by: his wife Wanda F. Saip; his children, Lee A. Saip (Sue), Vicki E. Petkovich, Teri Seiler (Tom) and Dena Saip (Betty); his grandchildren, Matthew (Beth), Caitlin, Kimberly (Jeff), Bradley (Raksha), Sam and Tanner; his great grandchildren, Ella, Kiley, Connor, Krish and Zaya Grace; and his brother George E. Saip.

Memorials may be made in Dick's name to Korean War Veterans Association, First St. Charles United Methodist Church & SSM Hospice in St. Charles.
