He is survived by: his wife Teresa Moore; his children, Melissa Felton and Kenneth Moore; his grandchildren, Andrew Kempfer and Victoria Felton; his siblings, Jerry Moore (Jo), Jack Moore (Leann), Judy Moore, Donald Moore and Michael Moore (Debbie); and his siblings-in-law, Cindy Moore, Frank Menkhus, Rev. James Menkhus, Cap and John Menkhus.
