He was predeceased by: his mother Adele Royal. He is survived by: his wife Brenda C. Royal; his daughter Vicki Leahy (Kevin); his granddaughter Kristen Leahy (Nate); his cousins, Bonnie Lynn Moffett (Jim) and Victor; and his former wife Donna Hurly (Dave).
