He was predeceased by: his parents, William Philipps and Catherine Philipps; and his sister Mary Ann Philipps. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Philipps; his children, Randall William Philipps (Coleen), Matthew B. Philipps (Stephanie) and Renee Fronabarger (Sean); his grandchildren, Rebecca, Ryan, Catherine, Madeline, Ethan and Megan; and his siblings, James L. Philipps (Ann) and Isabel Weber.
