He was predeceased by: his wife Marilyn S. Williams; his parents, Ernest C. Williams and Mary I. Williams; his son David Allen Williams; and his brothers, James Earl Williams, Willis Dean Williams (late Jean), Donald Eugene Williams (late Daisy), Gerald Wayne Williams (late Sarah) and Richard Dale Williams (late Luanne).
He is survived by: his daughter Sue Ellen Webb; his grandson Nicholas Webb (Nicolle); and his sister-in-law Sally Williams. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
