He is survived by: his mother Mae Elizabeth Leath of St. Clair; his former wife Rebecca Ann Fry; his wife Becky Leath of St. Clair, MO; his children, Dylan Leath of Lonedell, MO and Samantha Dean (Jesse) of Lavon, TX; his stepchildren, Larry Fry (Gina) of Warrenton, MO, Shawn Krestman of Warrenton and David Rufkahr (Karin) of Troy, MO; and his siblings, Kenneth Mueller of St. Clair, Miles Leath (Pam) of Richwoods, MO, Bobby Joe Leath (Maureen), Loretta Archer (Keith) of Dixon, MO, Betty Brown (Rick) of St. Clair and Christine Fenner (John). He is also survived by five step-grandchildren, brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.
