He is survived by: his wife Carla June Schweder; his children, Bill Owens (Marvina), Vanessa Mansfield (Rebecca Shutterly-Mansfield), Roland Banks (Brandi Gann) and Virginia Packham (Dorothy Dike); his siblings, Leroy Banks (Sherri) and Janet Banks-Sullins; and his pet Chipmunk. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Disabled American Veterans.
