She is survived by: her brother Jim Adams; her goddaughter Collette Royce; her cousin Carla Kuykendall (Russell); her children, Courtney, Tyler Mitchell, Erin Kuykendall, Carol Healey and Forrest Healey (Marina); and her pets, Rowdy, Rocco and Milo. She is also survived by other numerous cousins and extended family.
