He is survived by: his parents, Roy L. Bowers and Lisa Lay-Bowers; his sister-in-law Megan Douglas; his wife April S. Douglas; his children, Everly J. and Henry O. Bowers; his brother Joshua M. Lay; his stepgrandfather Eugene L. Morgan; his grandmother Nellie M; and his aunts and uncles, Karen R. Griffin (Thomas), Leona Jones, Bobbie A. Bowers, Delores M, Michael L. Lay (Brenda), Orlando E. Allen of Leavenworth, KS and Larry Allen. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, his brothers.
